The Log Drum name refers originally to the Traditional Percussion instrument used in Africa, South Asia and Oceania, but in today's African Music the name refers also to the new Bass Sound used in Amapiano and Afrobeats.

The Basic category covers the actual bass sound used in Amapiano and Afrobeats, characterized by its strong low end frequency (comparable to 808 Bass) with a percussive Attack and most of the times with low Sustain (some presets have full sustain as well)

REAL

A Plugin called Log Drum should absolutely contain what the original Instrument sounds like, Thats why 15 Playable Slit Drum Percussions are included as well.

EVOLVED

This category contains a set of 13 Sounds to be effective in situations where the usage of Log Drum Bass sound gives better effect without Percussive Attack or when there is a need to layer a Sub Bass on Log Drums that are missing some Low frequencies.
