Pads will enhance your mixes with floating, atmospheric texture. The beats and bass loops are completely the opposite; heavy, thumping, and saturated to get that 'feel it in your chest' knock that dance music gives us. The tops and percussion loops give you the usual flexibility, and the vox loops are full of the UK house character you would expect, chopped and twisted into interesting harmonies and rhythms but still human.
