MusicLab's RealGuitar 6 makes it easy to craft authentic-sounding acoustic guitar tracks without dusting off that old dreadnought. This sample-based virtual instrument realistically imitates the way a guitarist would change the fret position on the neck. With it, you can smoothly play up to 104 guitar frets, using just 43 keys of your MIDI controller.
RealGuitar 6 also features Guitar Touch technology, which mimics guitar-specific techniques like strumming, plucking, sliding, bending, and muting using standard MIDI controls.
RealGuitar version 6 expands your tonal palate with over 200 carefully crafted new sounds, strumming engine authenticity improvements, and DAW compatibility improvements. What's more, you can now use amp simulator plug-ins right inside RealGuitar, plus save and recall presets without leaving the instrument window.

In addition to RealGuitar Classic (which is fully backward compatible with earlier versions of RealGuitar), version 6 includes a steel-string guitar sample set with five patches and three tuning selections for each.
RealGuitar Steel String uses high-quality 24-bit stereo samples and delivers authentic velocity response with controllable buzz and slap noises.
Each note was multi-sampled up to 30 times for added realism and features stereo, mono, and double output options.
You also get stop slap and stop strum sound effects and a palm mute sound with tightness control.

Multi Performance Mode for Combining Guitar Techniques

That's why RealGuitar 6 includes a Multi Performance mode that combines multiple techniques into a single performance layout.
You also get 25 new Key Switch FX in chordal modes and a velocity-controllable number of strings in strummed chords. Achieve live control of solo and strum techniques, as well as chord inversions and positions.
Add hammer-ons and pull-offs to chords, or spice up your track with a convincing bottleneck slide emulation. Thanks to these powerful performance options and effects, RealGuitar 6 delivers unparalleled realism.
Build guitar-centric rhythms with Pattern Manager
Using RealGuitar 6's built-in Pattern Manager feature, you have instant access to a wide range of natural rhythms and strumming patterns: 1,250 in total.
Patterns cover a number of musical styles and give you great jumping-off points for creating your parts. When RealGuitar 6 is used as a plug-in, the Pattern Manager will sync to the tempo of your DAW.
