Nordic Jazz

'Nordic Jazz' from Producer Loops and The Sound of Merlin is a follow-up to Norwegian Jazz sample packs, 'Compassion' and 'Revive'. This time, a Flugelhorn player and Guitar player accompany The Atmospheres, Soundscapes, Melodies, and Electronic Beats. This pack is inspired by iconic artists such as Bugge Wesseltoft and Nils Petter Molvær and contains 131 Dry Loops, 131 Wet Loops, 109 MIDI Files, and 1 OMF File.

'Nordic Jazz' has been built around one primary loop: an acoustic drum loop treated so that it sounds like a groovy bass loop. Using this loop as a foundational rhythmic plateau, the musicians have painted a live tapestry of improvised solos and big lush atmospheric soundscapes. These solos and atmospheres offer an excellent source of raw material to be chopped and rearranged into various arrangements for genres as diverse as Lofi Hip Hop, Chillout, Chill Trap, or Ambient.
