1) Permissions with Phonk Kong Project Files and Template-based Projects:

Educational, Learning, Production, Personal Use (“as delivered melodies and content”).
Learn, deconstruct and re-work the arrangement, the structure, effect chains, automations,
mixing and sound creation.
Practice mixing and mastering.
Practice arrangement, composition, tricks of placing elements.
Practice the usage of presets, effects, samples, one-shots for own commercial productions.
Learning how MIDIs are used and re-create own melodies and riffs.
Play at a party, club, festival.
In Short: You can use project file / template if you changed all the main parts and melodies. You need to modify the main motif and topic of the track. You can keep the drum patterns, drum samples, effect setttings, preset settings and processing. The templates are a setup for inspiration and a starting point for your own production and track.
Once modifications as mentioned are done you can:
Release the track on a record label or on any DSP such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify etc.
Use the track in videos, films, clips, apps, agames and other multimedia projects.
Use for TV, web or radio broadcasting and commercial projects.

2) Strict Restrictions / Bans with Phonk Kong Project Files and Template-based Projects:

Re-Sell or share the project (modified or not).
Re-Sell or share the samples, presets, files from the project.
Claim exclusive ownership or authorship (Copyright of the composition) of the track without
modifying the track as mentioned under 1).
Use for creating sample packs, sample libraries or royalty-free music.
Release the exported project or demo track(s) as is 1:1 on a record label.
Release the exported project or demo track(s) in YouTube.
YouTube Explicit Notice: you are NOT allowed to set Content ID (CID) in YouTube and claim
ownership or copyright over the template and demo track(s) if not heavily modified. We reserve the right to set CID in YouTube to claim our rights.

3) Guidance how to work with the Project Files and Template:

Change the BPM of the whole arrangement.
Change the Root Key Note of the Bassline or entire arrangement.
Edit, change modify the melody completely.
Filter, effect process samples or re-arrange their appearance in the arrangement.
Add own and new motfis, topics, ideas and samples to the existing project.
Edit Presets and given sound processing effect chains to make the souds appear differently.
